Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) Collegiate

Future Business Leaders of America - Phi Beta Lambda (FBLA-PBL) is the largest business career student organization in the world. The collegiate division of Phi Beta Lambda reaches over 11,000 college students in addition to over 3,000 professional members. FBLA-PBL's National Awards Program recognizes and rewards excellence in a broad range of business and career-related areas. Through state-based competition at the spring State Leadership Conferences, students compete in events testing their business knowledge and skills. Top state winners then are eligible to compete for honors at the National Leadership Conference each summer.

Chadron State College’s chapter of Phi Beta Lambda is an active organization on campus that competes at both the state and national level, while also being active in many campus wide events. Membership in Phi Beta Lambda provides students with an opportunity to network with business leaders, practice their business and career-oriented skills, and add a nationally recognized and respected organization to their resume. Students at both the undergraduate and graduate level, as well as students from any major are encouraged to participate.
